FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS"What does my company need to do to start selling U.S. Postage Stamps to our customers?" The United States Postal Service wants responsible business establishments to sell U. S. Postage Stamps to their customers, and has selected American Bank Note Company to operate the "Stamps To Go" Program, to help you. To get started, all you need to do is "print out" the "ATM Stamp Agreement" and/or the "Retail Stamp Agreement" enclosed on this website, then complete, sign, and FAX the Agreement(s) to: 931-490-7651; or Mail to: 711 Armstrong Lane, Columbia, Tennessee 38401. "Can I talk to a Representative before I do anything else?" Just call, toll-free: (800) 667-5410. "Is there any limit to the amount of stamps that my company can buy and sell?" There is no current U.S. Postal Service limit to the amount of stamps that your company can buy and sell. "Do I have to pay cash upfront for the stamps my company orders?" Postal Service "lockbox" no later than 30 days after your company receives the stamps. "Can I charge our company's customers a separate transaction fee, if we sell the stamps in our company's ATM machines?" Yes, you may charge your company's customers a separate transaction fee if you sell the stamps in your company's ATM machines. See your ATM Stamp Agreement. "Can I just buy stamps and sell them, without signing any agreement?" A completed, signed agreement is required.
